CROW

Bakasana! Or crow pose as it's more favourably known. Crow is AMAZING for strengthening the shoulders, arms and wrists, as well as improving balance. It stretches the muscles of the forearms, wrists and fingers.

It is super beneficial for RSI, or carpal tunnel synrome, and also for people who spend alot of time at a computer!!

So what are you waiting for! Get crow-ing!!
